Order processing: we need 1-3 days to process the order and prepare it for shipping.

We process orders from Monday to Friday (we don't process and ship orders on Saturday or Sunday).

Fast worldwide delivery is processed by DHL. Please allow 5-9 business days to deliver your order.

We will send you a tracking number in the shipping notification email once your order is complete. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number at the DHL website:www.dhl.com.

When will my order arrive?

All packages are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.

Delivery to Russia and Belarus is not available!

CANCELLATION

Please note that you may cancel your order only within the 24 hour period from when the order has originally been placed. Additionally, an order cannot be canceled in the case if it has already been shipped. Any additional transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
