If you have a Blazy Shower discount code, you can enter it in the order form during the purchase. A special form named "Discount code" can be used. Simply cut and paste your discount code, which will be applied only once, and the discount will be taken off your order total. It's important to read the conditions of the special offer used to get the discount code. All discount codes must be used during the purchase process. Once you've placed the order, the amount is confirmed and cannot be changed. We cannot modify your order amount. If you forgot to use your discount code, you can use it in the next order; please do not forget to use it.

All orders are dispatched quickly, so we have no tools to modify your order or cancel it. Please fill out the order form carefully and check the details you enter, the items you choose for purchase and the discount code you wish to use.
Yes, you can exchange the item(s) you have bought once you receive your package. Simply write to us at care@blazyshower.com and return the package using the shipping service that can support tracking. You will get all the instructions and support from us. You send the package back at your own expense.
Yes, you can choose a STANDARD WORLDWIDE delivery (2-4 weeks). It's also possible to choose a DHL shipping service, which helps you to receive the package much faster (3-5 calendar days globally). But there will be an additional cost.
Delivery times differ depending on your final destination and shipping method (standard, EMS). Our standard shipping option will result in a delivery of 10-14 business days. If you chose the express delivery, your package will arrive earlier. Sometimes the delivery can take more time because of your local customs. Please contact your customs office to get more info about the international shipping and handling and additional taxes that can be applied.
We have a few delivery options:
1. Standard international delivery $15 for all orders.
2. DHL (express delivery) costs $59-89 depending on the region

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We are unable to pay for your return orders. The same is applied to exchanges.
